Video Installation at Nobel Peace Center
In november we were asked to create a installation for a book launch at the Nobel Peace Center.
We took the challenge and researched the book which is called "Weavers of peace", and collects the testimonies of the women that has survived the sivil war in guatemala. The installation was to project "the past", what these women had experienced, before they were taken into a market place created by two other clever event artists, Louise and Marte.

For Your Eyes Truly at Q.Art Quartfestivalen
Our next upcoming event is to be part of the Q-Art programme at Quartfestivalen in Kristiansand.

Q-ART er kunst-delen av Quartfestivalens program, og er i 2007 mer vital enn noen gang. Både på festivalområdet på Odderøya og i Kristiansand sentrum kan festivalgjengere få oppleve VJs, flyvende ting, flytende ting, grafitti, rockestjerner på uventede steder og utstillinger.
- Årets Q-Art er en munnfull for både de som elsker kunst og de som synes kunst og utstillinger er gørr. Opplevelsene man får denne sommeren strekker seg fra det groteske og absurde til det spektakulære. Også har vi sneket inn noen unike leksjoner i rockhistorie også, sier Q-ART ansvarlig Ulf André S Holbrook.
Kanskje det mest overraskende innslagene på kunstfronten på Odderøya foregår i Hallen. VJ-paret ForYourEyesTruly består av Tone Emblemsvåg og Ernst Føyn, og er i ferd med å etablere seg som Norges beste visuelle klubbkunstnere. De står for både kunst og dekor før, under og etter liveprogrammet.
- Vi lager visuals med en blanding av animasjoner, bildesekvenser og film som vi mikser live til musikken. Vi leker med rom og takhøyde og skaper og skaper en unik stemning ved å prosjektere gjennom gjennomsiktige materialer, forteller Emblemsvåg.

World Environment Day 5 juni at Rådhusplassen
Opening of the new exhibition at Nobels Peace Centre: Envisioning Change: Melting Ice- A Hot TopicThis was a big day for us!In collaboratin with Dj sunshine we were invited by the Nobel Peace Center in oslo to make visuals for the concert at Rådhusplassen In Oslo.
We prepared a lot of new material by creating new animations for this event, that had to communicate the message about how the ice is melting and how we need to start taking more care of our environment. Elin (DJ SUnshine) had been commisioned to compose a piece of music for us to visualise, and the result was beautiful! We are proud of what we achieved that day !
The screen was amazing too!The guys from Mediateknikk had just brought in this 50 square meter LED screen (in a trailer). Amazing! These are some of the pictures from that day.

MAlcolm Mc LAren
So, while my partner in crime Ernst is finsishing his master in Visual Communication,(good luck to you my friend!) I try to keep my Vj- skills warm by taking on some jobs by myself. Foryoureyestruly without Ernst is hard work though. Not only do I have to do the rigging alone, but its a little bit boring to work alone as well,but we have some exiting work coming up in the future! And a girl's got to try and make it on her own as well!
Last weekend I VJ'd at the Villa to the deep dark beautiful technosounds of Dj Electric Lane. There was a cool live setr by The Midnight Creeps first and a lot of people left after that, which was a shame.There was not a lot of people dancing, but I enjoyed doing visuals to her set.
This weekend I am challenging myself to be the VJ assistant for the living legend
Malcolm MC Larens performance at Parkteateret. I always been interested in him and his work so it will be a thrill to meet him in person. I only hope he is nice to me...

VJ picks the DJ
This is a very late post, but better late then never. In the end of January we where invited to do a gig at the nice club consept The VJ picks The DJ at Landmark, Bergen Kunsthall.
We played together with Asmund Skuterud aka Koéju and his friend Jay. This was the first time for us to be the center of attention. Strange but nice. At the moment Asmund is in China, but when he returns we hope to develop a nice collaboration.

Sunshine Sound System at Parkteateret
We have moved the clubnight from Blå to Parkteateret.
This was our first gig at the new venue. Maurice Fulton and DJ Sunshine made the evening a perfect night out for dancing :) More pictures.

ORGAN NO2
Friday Nov.3 and Saturday Nov.4, we played at the ORGAN NO.2 festival here in Oslo. The festival was displaying alternative, new music and art. The music on the program was everything from drone-electronica and noise-punk to folk. The festival was held at a very nice location, Tøyenbekken 12b, Grønland. Because of a very unsatisfactory temperature inside the venue I think many people stayed at home or found other places to go saturday night, unfortunatly. More pictures here

Dialog GalleriA
From an opening at GalleriA, Majorstua(Oslo). It was raining like hell, and we where rigged up in the back of the car you see on the left. We pulled it together, even if the weather gods tried to stop us in every possible way.
